# Reaction settings

## Show Animated Emoticons

This toggle enable and disable the panel with animated reactions users can send in a chat.

The panel with animated reactions lets users share emotions without sending a message. Animated reactions are visible to all users in the chat and then disappear. By long-pressing the reaction icon in the lower right corner, a user opens the emotion panel. Users can choose a reaction and send it anonymously. The reaction flies across the chat and disappears in a few seconds. After sending an animated reaction, users must wait 400 m/s before sending another.

You can upload your own reactions through the admin panel in Customisation. " target="_blank" href="https://chatadmin.watchers.io/chat-customization?tab=emotions">Settings > Customisation.They will match reactions on messages, or you can keep the default pack.

## Reactions to marketing offers

Enable this toggle to allow users to add reactions to marketing messages, just as they do with regular messages.
