You can activate an opportunity for users to send pictures to a chat.

This is an optional feature that can be activated at any time through the admin panel (Settings > Сhat customisation > Messages). After activating the toggle, your users can find an additional button, "clip", on the chat interface near the input.

After clicking it, they can choose an image on their device and send it to a chat.

## **Image requirements:**

Maximum size - 10 mb

Formats - png, jpg, jpeg, heic

The sender can delete the message with a picture.

After sending, all other users see this picture in a chat and can interact with it as they would with a regular message (to reply, react, or report).

## **Moderation of pictures**

On the admin panel side, admins and moderators see the picture on the message feed.

They can do two actions with it:

* Hide it. In this case, nobody except the sender sees a picture in a chat. The sender will see the picture earlier.
* Block it. Nobody sees the picture in this case, and the sender will receive a notification about a block.

Also, you can activate AI tools for picture moderation, and it will hide inappropriate pictures automatically. If it makes a mistake, your moderators can unhide it anytime.

You can find a separate feed with pictures on **Moderation Outcomes > All Images.**
