# Masking personal data; Links

**Phone numbers, crypto wallet, and bank account numbers users send in a chat are masked.**

**All links users send in a chat are set as unclickable by default**(except ones sent by admins and moderators). However, you can prevent users from sending links (Pre-moderation > Links blocking list).

When enabled, a regular user's attempt to send a message containing a link will be blocked. Instead of sending the message, the user will be warned: "You cannot send links to a chat." This warning informs the user of the existing restrictions and prevents the unauthorised distribution of external links.

You can allow users to send clickable links to a chat:

Settings > Interface elements > Messaging > Make URLs Clickable
