# Final check 2: In-Chat Elements and Moderation

## **In-chat interface elements**

You can select and configure which elements will be available to users through the admin panel. To do this, open the admin panel and navigate Settings > Chat Customisation > Interface Elements. Note that you can enable or disable these elements anytime, and these settings directly impact the user experience.

## **Final check on moderation tools**

* Pre-moderation words and phrases: Have you added everything you planned?
* Do you allow users to send unclickable links in the chat, or do you want to restrict that? Please enable the appropriate toggle in Settings > Functional Settings if you restrict.
* Have you turned on the AI tools? (AI Moderation Set-Up)
